Delivery
Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card however your card will not be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is in stock and ready immediate shipment. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched straight away. If there is any delay such as an item which is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.
Order Delivery
Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card. We’ll send you tracking details via email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. Your order will usually be dispatched within 5 working days. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please reach out to us via email at info@urbanabode.co.uk so that we can help.
Your order will take usually 3-5 working days to be delivered. There maybe exception to this usually around busy periods such as Christmas or if we encounter stocking issues. If this is the case we will endeavour to keep you notified.
Please note: We offer 2 delivery attempt. After the 2nd attempted delivery, a missed delivery fee may be charged.
Returns & Exchanges
Damages
We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If the driver does not give you the time to briefly inspect the item, we suggest this is documented on the delivery note.
If you discover that an item has been damaged, please ensure that this is noted on the delivery note. However, we realise that at times this is not practicable or noticeable at first inspection. If you accept delivery of the item(s) and find that they are damaged, we insist that you to report the damages with in 48 hours of delivery.
Upon reporting the damage you must include clear photos along with your order number directly to info@urbanabode.co.uk, we can then open an insurance claim on your behalf.
After which, we will organise collection of the item for either an exchange or refund. We offer 2 attempts for collections. After the 2nd attempted collection, a missed collection fee will be charged.
Secondly, If an order arrives incomplete or incorrect, please follow the steps above in the same manner. Again if you require any guidance, please reach out to us at info@urbanabode.co.uk.
Please note: That any returns must be in their original packaging, if not the goods will not be accepted.
Cancellations & Refunds
Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.
